NZMMAF follows a consistent set of rules designed to ensure fair, competitive, and safe matchups for all participants.

This section includes the official rules used for amateur and professional bouts in Aotearoa.

Where applicable, these standards are set in line with international standards as set by the Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports.
